Honoring Army, Navy, Air Force & Marine Veterans within the Mason Technologies family during Military Appreciation Month

As we celebrate Military Appreciation Month, we at Mason Technologies are profoundly grateful to the many veterans who have become an integral part of our family. Mason loves and supports all branches of our U.S. military and are honored to have veterans representing the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines working among us.

Today, we honor the bravery and dedication of some of our Mason Tech family members who have served in our U.S. military— Jimmy Pecorella, Edward Rodriguez, Brandon Romano, and Andrew McLawrence. Each of these veterans represent a different major branch of the U.S. military— Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines. Together, they embody the commitment and honor that all our veteran family members bring to their roles within our company. Their service in the military has done more than protect our nation; it has safeguarded the freedom and peace that allow us, our parents, children, friends and spouses to experience love and create joyful, memorable moments together.

The sacrifices made by these individuals and their fellow servicemen and women have woven the fabric of safety and liberty that we cherish daily. It is our privilege to have such heroes among us, continuing their commitment to excellence and integrity in every task they undertake at Mason Technologies.

James “Jimmy” Pecorella

Jimmy served in the United States Air Force from 2011 to 2017, completing two tours in undisclosed locations. His military experience has strengthened his communication skills and work ethic, which he brings to his role as a Field Technician at Mason Technologies with pride and honor. Jimmy is an Audio Visual expert and tackles even our most complex AV projects with agility and finesse.

Edward Rodriguez

Edward served in the United States Navy from 1999 to 2003 as part of VF-11 squadron, where he worked on F-14 jets. His time in the military honed his attention to detail, instilled a strong sense of responsibility for his actions, and fostered a deep pride in his work. These qualities are now integral to his role as a Lead Technician at Mason Technologies, where he ensures operational efficiency and clean execution of every project he undertakes. Edward plays a leading role in many of our major deployments and specialty projects. Most recently, he's been a crucial contributor to the implementation of various asylum seeker initiatives throughout New York state.

Brandon Romano

Brandon served as a Sergeant in the United States Army, spending 4 years on active duty as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician with one tour of duty to Iraq. His military service honed his work ethic, discipline, patience, and hand dexterity, making him a valuable asset at Mason Technologies, especially in his hands-on role as a Field Technician working regularly with low-voltage cabling and fiber. We'd put Brandon on the list of top fiber technicians in the country - his masterful work is truly second to none!

Andrew McLawrence

Andrew served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. His leadership, integrity, and confidence, honed during his military service, are evident in his role as a Lead Technician at Mason Technologies, where he plays a pivotal role installing and servicing technology solutions for our clients. When it comes to building and servicing Data Centers, you would be hard-pressed to find a more skilled technician for the job. Andrew is a world-class talent who demonstrates savant-like proficiency in the space.

Through learning about these heroes, it becomes evident how the core values learned in the military—honor, fearlessness, commitment, discipline, and integrity—are integral to the fabric of Mason Technologies. We are so fortunate to have these men and many other veterans be a part of the Mason family as they continue to serve our community with the same tenacity as they did our country. They not only bring invaluable skills and experiences to our family but also embody the spirit of service that defines our company’s mission.

This Military Appreciation Month, we extend our deepest gratitude to them and to all who serve and have served. Your sacrifices have given us, our families, and our communities the freedom to thrive and prosper, and for that we are forever grateful.
