Only 1 phenomenal technician out of 100 candidates is chosen after written and multiple physical tests of knowledge, skills and character. Once we are fortunate to work with one of these “superstars” our technicians are not limited to their growth of knowledge. We encourage their growth by paying for all schooling to enhance their understanding of the ever-changing market which makes them an even better “Superstar” Master Technician than they already are.
